REFUND POLICY

AT Shops Royal, we always offer a refund policy that is only applicable under 30 days after purchasing your order. Firstly, our team will check the defect, and damage, and approve the refund. If it is under discount then the order is non-refundable.

In case of any defective delivery happened from the company side. Then, we take full responsibility to robotically refund the money to your bank account in a few days. If your refund is not completed on time. Then talk to our customer support to resolve the issue.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our product, or somehow the wrong package has been delivered. Then, we take it on our shoulders. But, we will only accept the order back if it is not unsealed, and must be in the original packing, with a price label. After verification of your return package, we will notify you through email about the approval or rejection of our return policy. In case of any queries, reach our customer support.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We have an exchange policy for defective, damaged, or wrong-packaged orders. But, you make sure that give us the proof for that, we will need video proof from your side while unboxing the packaging. So, we could verify the defect. Whereas, the discounted deals or things on Sale are non-refund and non-exchangeable.
